前作アルバム『彼は紫陽花の行方』リリースから1年、シングル「ブーケトス」、別れの侘しさを冬の景色にのせた表題曲「before you leave」、その他ライブ定番曲を中心に音源化。daisanseiらしい聴き手の日常にささやかな温かみとやわらかい彩りを添える全6曲。daisansei(だいさんせい)ボーカルの安宅が2019年にネット掲示板でバンドメンバーを募集したきっかけで、脇山(Key)と知り合い、同年夏ごろにバンド「大賛成」を結成。精力的にデジタルリリースを続ける。その後、フジカケ(Vo/Ba)が加入し、名義を「daisansei」に変更。2020年11月にはフルアルバム『ドラマのデー』をリリース、タワレコメンに選出され注目を集める。「なんでもない毎日に捧ぐ、ささやかなドラマチック」を掲げ、日常に埋もれてしまいそうな小さなきらめきを少しでも取り戻せるようなポップソングを作れるよう活動を続けている。
