2006年にやちこ、今井、諏訪など主体となるメンバーが集まり本格的に活動を開始する。自主制作ep.『リトル・ライト』発表。早くからその才能を期待され、半年後に流通盤として再リリースする。2008年1stアルバム『Luck by The Peace Sing』リリース。轟音ギターの中をvo.やちこの歌声が泳ぎ回るという、当時まだ日本では地下音楽だったシューゲイザー、ポストロック要素の強い音楽性であったがタワレコメンに選出されるなどし、注目が集まる。同年夏のツアー以降は様々なジャンルの奏者たちと交流し、轟音を核とした表現のみならず民族楽器や新たな音楽要素を大胆に導入し始め、会場限定作品を2枚発表。その音楽性の幅広さを見せる。幾度かのメンバーチェンジ後、2013年7月、5年ぶりの流通音源となるミニアルバム『Favorite Color Scene of』発売。沈み込むような世界観は一変し、持ち前のメロディセンスと豊かなバンド感に突出したどこまでもポップでカラフルな楽曲展開により周囲を驚かせる。2014年からは三人編成となり、卓越したメロディセンスやvo.やちこの繊細なれど女性らしい強さも兼ね備えた歌声、時に轟音、時にチープで可愛らしい、sjue三人の人間の個々のキャラクター同様、スタイル無視でセオリーにとらわれない自由さをより明確にあますところなく表現し、2015年4月ニューアルバム『2051』をリリースする。スリーピースとは思えない色とりどりの今作は、彼らそれぞれの個性を存分に発揮し凝縮させ形作った、広大無辺なスケールの大きさを持っている。幼女とも母性とも感じる歌に持ち味のダイナミックなバンドサウンド、普遍的でありながら聞く人をドキドキさせる孤高の世界。ジャンル・sjueとも呼べる彼らの「今」は、過去から現在、そして未来に続くすべての「今」を生きる人に宛てたラブレターのようだ!
