数々の伝説を残したKill=slayd、TAKURO(GLAY)とのコラボレーションで話題になったSrealthのヴォーカリスト・TOKIと、長きに渡りメジャーシーンを席巻した孤高のヴィジュアルバンドLaputaのドラマー・SHUNSUKE、ベーシスト・RENが、2007年7月に結成したバンド。 今回のアルバムは、ヴィジュアル系バンドのアルバムにありがちな[CD+DVD]という形態ではなく、本来、CDアルバムとは棲み分けして販売されるライヴDVDを同梱した"デュアル・ディスク・アルバム"として、6曲入りCDディスクとボリューム満点のライヴDVDを同梱した形態。前作の「-Cyclotron 4-」にさらにプラスアルファされた、スピーディーかつメロディアスで、斬新な奥行きのある立体的なサウンドに、「耳ざわりの良い嘘ではなく、どうしようもないくらいの真実」というヴォーカルTOKIの歌詞が相まって、よりパワーアップしたC4ワールド全開の楽曲に加え、数々の伝説を残したKill=slaydの代表曲である「Phirosophia」もリアレンジし収録。さらに同梱のDVDには、結成一周年記念ライヴとして8月に開催されたクラブチッタ(川崎)のワンマンライヴの映像や9月に開催されたアストロホール(原宿)の映像も収録されているなど、ボリューム満点のDVD内容となっており、この一枚にC4ワールドをすべて凝縮!!
