Although this is their first CD to be officially distributed nationwide, the band has been steadily performing in independent projects and nationwide tours, and as a result, they have played with many older bands such as 10-FEET, TOTAL FAT, and OVER ARM THROW, and despite their young average age of 22 years, they have developed an emotional live stage presence and a melancholic sound. The band's emotional live performances and unique melodies are highly acclaimed by live music clubs and bands. In addition, they have participated in a project for the fashion brand "rudies" and have been involved in a wide range of activities not limited to the music scene.

2004年に地元千葉県木更津市で結成。数回のメンバーチェンジを経ながらも精力的にライブ活動を行い、地元木更津の自主企画ではSOLD OUTを記録するまでになった。音源としては4枚のDEMO-CDと自主製作シングルの発売、Kick Rock MUSIC、新宿ACBからのコンピへの参加をしながら、確実に知名度を拡げ、4枚目のDEMO音源はライブ会場とindiesmusic.comのみの販売にも拘らず、現在までに約1,000枚を売り上げている。正式な全国流通CDは今作が初となるが、自主企画や全国ツアー等のライブ活動を地道に行ってきた結果、10-FEETやTOTAL FAT、OVER ARM THROWといった先輩のバンドとの対バンを数多く経験し、平均年齢22歳の若いバンドながらも、エモーショナルなライブ・ステージと、哀愁を帯びた独特のメロディーを奏でる楽曲群に、ライブハウス、バンド関係者からの評価は非常に高い。加えてファッション・ブランドrudiesの企画にも参加する等、音楽シーンに捕らわれず幅広い活動をしている彼らの、現在の勢いをそのままに凝縮した会心の作品が完成した。
