1曲目 放心演義...グルーヴ感あふれる4つ打ちビートのシングルタイトル曲。ワウギターがより一層の高揚感をかきたてる。2曲目 Magic Number...UKロックをベースにした疾走感あふれるギターロック。3曲目 Process Of Belief...ミドルバラード。ラストに2010年に開催したワンマンライブに集まった約100名の方々のコーラスをフィーチャー。1曲目「放心演義」 踊れるギターロック。スリーピースバンド独特のグルーヴ。青山テルマなどの作曲で知られる作曲家、綾部健三郎氏をエグゼグティブプロデューサーにむかえる。2010年年末に開催したワンマンライブに参加してくださった約100名の方の声を3曲目「Process of belief」にフィーチャー。PAPER TIGER 2007年 3月結成、同年7月は初ライブ。以降東京都内を拠点にライブを重ね、2008年 2月、初めての自主企画BEYOND THE BEYONDを開催。100人を越える動員を達成する。BEYOND THE BEYONDは現在Vo.5まで開催されておりいずれも豪華メンツを招き着実な動員実績を重ねている。幾つかのデモCDを経て2009年10月ミニアルバム『真説 歴史の道標』をライブ会場とディスクユニオン限定リリース。 その後レコ初企画を12月まで三ヶ月連続で行いその間におよそ300枚売り上げる。その後ツアーを行い福島県いわき市にて行われた野外イベントに出演。ロッキングオン主催の「COUNT DOWN JAPAN FES 09/10」の出演をかけたコンテストに全国何千バンドもの中から最終選考の上位20組まで残り、オムニバスに参加と賞金を獲得、東京ネットラジオのパーソナリティーを約二年間続ける。2010年11月 初ワンマンライブ開催。
