This and "Death Note" are two of my favorite horror movies of all time. It begins innocently enough with a man's wife dying. A few years later, his son wants him to remarry. A friend is auditioning girls for a movie, so he sits in on it and finds one he adores. She seems so sweet and innocent, but strange things begin to happen. The juxtaposition of such innocence gradually becoming unspeakable horror has a quite dramatic effect.
