栃木市に行きたくなるショートムービー! 蔵の街、栃木市を舞台に栃木市青年会議所の55 周年記念事業として製作された本作。市民をはじめ栃木市の全面パックアップのもとで完成した。生まれも育ちも栃木の女、東京から来た女、栃木に戻ってきた男の恋の行方。そして『しもつかれ』と呼ばれる、栃木の郷土料理。主演に谷村美月、徳永えり、監督は遠山浩司で贈る「栃木的ラブストーリー」! ――生まれも育ちも栃木の女・あいこ(谷村美月)が東京から寝過ごした女・里江(徳永えり)と新栃木駅で出逢い、地元の居酒屋に。そこで里江が目にしたのは、あいこの幼なじみの鉄雄(倉田大輔)と、見慣れない『しもつかれ』という食べ物。次の日、あいこと鉄雄は、里江に蔵の街を案内をする事になる。懐かしく新しい栃木・蔵の街の魅力に引き込まれていく里江は、あいこの鉄雄に対する気持ちに気づく。その近すぎる2人の想いは、遠い記憶の中にあるのだった・・・。
