東北地方を中心に幅広いタレント活動・創作活動を行っており、絶大な人気を誇る東北の重要人物“伊奈かっぺい”。1977年のアルバムデビューから35周年を迎える今年、32作品目・5年ぶりとなるオリジナルアルバムが遂に発売。本作はデビュー以来続けているライブ公演「13日の金曜日」から、2011年5月13日に青森市“ねぶたの家 ワ・ラッセ”で行われた公演を収録。内容はNHKラジオ「新 話の泉」や月刊「詩人会議」、「詩とファンタジー」、産経新聞「言葉の贅肉」、「相鉄瓦版」などに寄稿した原稿からのトークをメインに、70分以上のボリュームで収録。また、特別特典として2010年10月6日に青森中央学院大学で行われた伊奈かっぺいによる津軽弁特別講座を収録したDVDも同梱致。CDとDVD、爆笑のトークから、ちょっと真面目な大学講座まで収録した、停車場まで行かなくても聴ける津軽の方言と訛りを堪能できる作品！
