Description
Game fan Takashi Katori and his American online friend Sarah, create the virtual Lezarion robot that, somehow, enters reality. When an evil scientist attacks, Takashi must pilot the robot to protect the Earth. This series stepped out of the usual mould, taking a much more serious tone. As a result, Watanabe-san's music is powerfully emotional, much more than one would expect and the orchestra sounds much larger. One of his best works and in full stereo, too!

Wonderful album! Digitally remastered. Very nice songs (especially "We're ready" and "Hikari no Sekai"), and excellent stereo Back Ground Music. A MUST HAVE album for Watanabe-san's music fans.
Watanabe's music captures the powerful pumping style of the Laserion story. But I can remember at least 2 - 3 great tracks from the original TV series that were left out of this CD. I would have given 5 stars otherwise. PS : I'd really like to see DVD released for Laserion! I always believed Laserion didn't get the recognition it deserved, possibly because it was one of the last of it's "Giant Robo" genre. Even though Laserion doesn't have a big following, I know some absolutely diehard fans from places like Spain, Italy and Puerto Rico who still love this series after nearly 20 years.
