5年振りとなる浜松交響吹奏楽団のオリジナルアルバム。前作に続きタイトル曲は天野正道委嘱新作となる「五行相剋」。19年の全国大会で演奏された清水大輔「リグ・ヴェーダ」と、18年の定期演奏会で初演された三浦秀秋「from:」を含め、3曲の委嘱作品を収録。また、本作では19年末のセッションレコーディングに加え、18年 (第45回)と19年 (第46回)の定期演奏会ライブも収録。吹奏楽のオリジナル作品やポップスに加え、イギリス式のブラスバンド (金管バンド)にも挑戦した本作は、まさに平成～令和にかけての浜響吹の魅力が全て詰まったアルバム。
