[Machine Translation] Tokyo-based progressive hard rock band Marge Litch has finally reissued their live EP "Particulioh" released in 2000, remastered and with additional bonus tracks. It was also the first release on the new label ML RECORDS, which the band had started at that time. The technical performance that could be heard on the studio album is reproduced and developed as is on many of the longer songs, demonstrating the high level of their performance skills throughout the entire album. The album includes the medium-tempo "Monster Forest" with its heavy rhythm and stylized guitars and keyboards, "Trap of the Controlled Society" with its tremendous battle of instruments, "Wings of the Comet" with its fast-paced development, "Sad Decision" with its impressive and powerful riffs, and the instrumental number "MP3" with its challenging exchanges of instruments. The tension-filled performance of "MP4/7," an instrumental number, has a strong impact, and the vocals are as magnificent as the band's outstanding performance. The bonus track, "Fountain of Tragedy," at just under 20 minutes long, is a take that can only be heard live and gives the listener a sense of the vividness of a live performance. This is a masterpiece that proves the high performance skills of this Japanese hard rock band.

東京を拠点に活動していたプログレッシヴ・ハードロック・バンドMarge Litch。2000年にリリースされたライヴEP『Particulioh』が、リマスターされボーナス・トラックを追加収録し遂に再発! 当時バンド自身が立ち上げた新レーベル ML RECORDSの記念すべき第一弾としてリリースされた作品でもある。スタジオ・アルバムで聴くことのできたテクニカルな演奏は、長尺曲が多いながらもそのままに再現・展開されており、全編に渡って彼らの演奏技術の高さが示された作品。ずっしりとしたリズムから様式美風なギターとキーボードが絡むミディアムテンポの「魔物の森」、楽器隊の凄まじいバトルが繰り広げられる「管理社会の罠」、目まぐるしく展開していく「彗星の翼」、哀愁漂う力強いリフが印象的な「悲しい決断」、楽器隊の応酬が聴き応えのあるインスト・ナンバーの「MP4/7」と、緊張感溢れる演奏が強烈なインパクトを放つライヴ作品で、そのずば抜けた演奏力に引けを取らない堂々としたパフォーマンスを披露するヴォーカルもまた見事。また20分弱のボーナス・トラックの「悲劇の泉」は、ライヴならではの生々しさを感じさせるテイク。ジャパニーズ・ハードロック・バンドの演奏技術の高さを証明する傑作。
