This soundtrack was worth every penny. It has fast pacing guiter-music for alot of the battle tracks. It has some slow music that isnt all boring but shows both depth and emition, if you have seen the film. It is also very relaxing if you just want to sit down and not do anything. Takahiro Matsumoto (a.k.a. Tak Matsumoto) did an excellent job with this soundtrack and he should get more credit. Pluse the vocal song "Never Good-Bye by TMG is an awsome song in its own right. This is the theme you heat durinf the theatrical trailer as well as some of the tv spots. Its an awsome song. But whats really the best is the track "Theme of Ultraman". It as a rock and roll type of track with excellent guitar work. Reccomend for all Ultraman fans. *5 billion stars if I could!*

This is an excellent soundtrack. Tak's guitar work is amazing.Plus the all star lineup on the Ultraman theme song is great.
