This musical is a jewel, Fumina was sailormoon for just 2 years, but she bring us one of the most gorgeous seramyu productions. An original story very different to the others. About the plot?: Is Vacation Eve for Usagi and her friends, so they travel to an island, a famous place that is full of gemstone, but the island keep a Thousand-year-old legend, now will begin an imminent galactic battle, meanwhile three little creatures have been waiting for hundreds of years the return of they're mothers. The gems are the key. This musical has a "summer /easter island /pirate" feel, really enjoyable, other important topic of this production is the motherhood theme, the love beetween son and mother, very deep and touching i preffer this "Summer Kaguya Shima Densetsu[Kaiteiban] (revised)" edition instead the "Spring Kaguya Shima Densetsu" (the first Edition). Because this revised edition is funnier, has a lot of humor, good jokes, nice gags and a good element of sentimentality. On the first spring edition the final tragic scenes are better performed (a lot of passion) but the funny scenes are not well done. For me the humor factor is priority on this musicals for that reason my choise is this edition "Summer - Kaguya Shima Densets (Kaiteiban)" BEST SONGS/PERFORMANCES: -Ai Yori Houseki Kaguya Shima (very "sounds of music" style) -You're My Jewelry (romantic song, very 80s) -Yatto Aeta ne (a tragic moment) -LINK (theme song) just great! -Minna Dareka ni Aisarete (very "lord of the rings" medieval style) in fact this is a classical version of LINK I hope my review was helpful Greetings from Curacavi, Chile
