He puts the company's profit first and overworks his employees, but he does not think this is a bad thing; rather, he believes that hard work is necessary to produce results and that hard labor is a natural part of that process. He does not believe that the company he loves is a black company. The story begins when Mitamura, now that his company is stable and he can afford it, enters a university to study management from the basics. The 45-year-old Mitamura first meets a new lecturer, Kyoko Akiyama (Meisa Kuroki), when he enters the university. Mitamura is attracted to her intellectually, but he often opposes her, whose environment and way of thinking are completely different from his own. Then there are the young people known as the "Yutori-generation. One day, he joins a film club and begins to interact with these college students, and he finds that he has a lot to learn from them.
