To be honest, my interests in music lie in rock and visual kei - I dapple only in a few pop artists and Hamasaki Ayumi is one of them. I believe that 2004/05 was the years that clearly defined Hamasaki and her music. And Moments was one of the best singles released during that time frame. Characteristic of most of her songs, Moments carries a deeper meaning underneath its poetic lyrics. The vocals are astounding and the emotion with which Hamasaki sings is so powerful, it is a wonder how she can still sing so beautifully and gracefully. The included PV is characteristic of her many PV's - beautiful with a foreboding sense of mystery that often builds to an apprehension that does not reveal itself. Were I not biased (of course I am =] ), I would definately recommend this single as trial if you have never heard Hamasaki before and most definately buy if you are a fan!
