「僕らのキズナは、海より深い!」未来の伝説はここからはじまる。映画ドラえもん、新たなる時空の世界へ――。1980年、「のび太の恐竜」で産声をあげた映画ドラえもん。毎年3月に公開され、日本のアニメ史上類を見ない息の長い映画シリーズとなった映画ドラえもんは、2010年、ついに30周年を迎えた。そして、30周年を飾る記念すべき超大作は、「のび太の人魚大海戦」。人魚が暮らす深海の世界を舞台に繰り広げられる大冒険ストーリー。映画30周年、ここからまた新しい映画ドラえもんの伝説が始まる。ひみつ道具「架空水」で町を海の底にして、本物の魚を泳がせて遊んでいたのび太とドラえもん。そこへ迷い込んできたのは、なんと五千年前に地球へやってきた人魚族の王女・ソフィア。ドラえもんたちはソフィアと一緒に海の世界へ・・・。人魚スーツを着て、楽しい海の冒険だったが、突然巨大ウツボにおそわれてしまう。間一髪、助かったものの、しずかちゃんが何者かにさらわれ・・・。ドラえもんたちは人魚族の宮殿で「人魚の剣」にまつわる不思議な伝説を知る。そして、この剣をめぐって人魚族と怪魚族の戦いがはじまるのだった・・・。
