Super Mario 3D Land is just an incredible game. The moment I began to play it I became hooked on the new updated concepts, as well as things that were old school Mario. The course design is excellent, which gives the game good replay appeal, when you need replay stages to find hidden items. Visually the game is beautiful. The 3DS is capable of much. There are small portions of course that allow you to utilize the 3D, nicely too, but I do not like 3D. It puts a strain on my eyes so I never really used it more than a couple. The games high appeal, and amount of courses, kept me going for hours and hours. Sometimes you just have to stop dashing and smell the roses. Unbelievably fun, for me.
