The band's first album release in six months since the release of "Moyomoto" was a huge success, and their June solo live tour in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka "Tohmeihan Tour 2018: Ningen Ketsu" broke new ground for the band as a rock band. 挫・人間が4枚目のフルアルバムを11/7にリリースする。今年5/23にリリースしたシングル盤「品がねえ 萎え」がオリコン週間インディーズシングルランキング5位(総合51位)を記録し、いよいよブレイク目前の様相を呈してきている状況下において、早くも半年振りのリリースとなる今作はアルバムとしては「もょもと」以来約1年振りのリリースとなる。「品がねえ 萎え」リリースツアーとなった6月の東名阪ワンマンLIVE「挫・人間 東名阪ツアー2018～人間合格～」ではロックバンドとしての新境地を切り開くライヴを展開し、大成功を収めた。明らかにバンドとして大きくステップアップした状態である彼らの才能が今作に遺憾なく発揮されているのは間違いない。
