ジャッキー・チェン初期の傑作! コミカル・カンフー・アクション決定版が、待望の日本公開版ブルーレイで登場! ――軟弱青年のゴンは、ある屋敷の雑用の職に就くが、その屋敷が盗賊団"五毒門"のアジトであるという秘密を知ってしまい、身の危険に晒されあわてて逃げ出す。道中、賞金稼ぎでムチ使いの達人とお尋ね者が対決している場面に遭遇したゴンは、両者相討ちとなったのを良いことに、ムチ使いの達人になりすましてまんまと賞金を手に入れるが、街で豪遊しているところを五毒門の女頭領に見つかってしまう。あわやというところを謎の老人に救われ、その強さに感動したゴンは即座に弟子入りを志願。しつこく食い下がるゴンに根負けした老人は弟子入りの条件として、万能の秘薬を運ぶ任務についている弟子を訪ねるよう言いつける。だが、五毒門をはじめとするあらゆる悪党たちがその秘薬を狙っていた。ゴンは闘いの渦中に巻き込まれるが・・・。
