[Machine Translation] MONO, the second album release from MAGNIPH/Hostess, is the ninth album by the four-piece instrumental rock band from Tokyo, and is now available for worldwide release! The beautiful, soft, and delicate string sounds are followed by a furious roar, and the band has achieved supreme dynamics as a rock band in their latest work. This is the quintessential work of MONO, a one-of-a-kind rock band with a range and dynamics approaching that of an orchestra. The album was produced, recorded, and mixed by Steve Albini at Electrical Audio in Chicago, and mastered by Bob Weston. All music was written by Takaakira "Taka" Goto for this album. The album contains 5 songs. While the previous album was a return to the roots with four members, this album also includes strings, which add dynamism, range, and color to the album.
