The Sky Crawlers

Mamoru Oshii, a director of legendary anime film "Ghost In The Shell" returns with a stunning new anime film "The Sky Crawlers" on DVD to pass down the meaning of life to young people. "The Sky Crawlers" is based on a novel written by Hiroshi Mori, and the anime film won the Future Film Festival Digital Award and more at International Film Festival. This film depicts the lives and the conscious minds of Kildrens, people who have been genetically modified to live eternally in adolescence until they are shot down dead in competitive air battles, which are presented commercially to public a popular entertainment. Air battle scenes by fighter plane are spectacular. As voice actors, Rinko Kikuchi, Ryo Kase, and more popular actors take part in the film.
