The Royal Scam (SHM-SACD) 3

I can't understand either why this special re-issue never got released. I'm familiar with the excellent quality of these guys SHM-SACD releases and this is a huge disappointment. I asked Walter and he had no idea why this got cancelled.

I'm not looking for speculation really, but does anyone reading this actually know why this release was cancelled? It certainly can't be for a lack of interest.
