Description
[Machine Translation] Formed in 2004, this 4-piece emotional/melodic rock band from Yokohama, Japan, was founded by Hiroshi Aida (bassist) and Makoto Kubokawa (drummer) after the dissolution of their previous band. After the breakup of the previous band, Hiroshi Aida (bassist) and Makoto Kubokawa (drummer) joined Daffy Strike, with Yukifumi Yamada (vo/gt) and Naoto Kurokawa (gt). The album was introduced on CX's "Mezanyu" and other TV programs. On August 22, 2007, they released Mini Albun "Trip Goes On", a more melodic/punk album, which was ranked in the charts at various stores and received a great response. 2004年結成、横浜出身4人組エモーショナル/メロディックロックバンド。前身バンドが解散したBa/會田洋、Dr/久保川誠(その時のVoは現OVER ARM THROWのKiku)の呼び掛けによりVo/Gt山田幸史、Gt黒川直人が加入し、Daffy Strikeを結成。2006.11月ミニアルバム「GLITTER」発売しタワーレコード横浜店チャートではELLEGARDENに次ぐ2位、CX系列「めざにゅー」等でも紹介されるなど反響を得る。そして2007.8.22、さらにメロディック/パンク感を加速させたMini Albun『Trip Goes On』にて各店舗チャートにランクインさせ大反響を得る。その「激情的」とも言える真骨頂のLIVEは、観る者の感情を揺さぶり続ける。
