Seriously this album kick ass, this one is like listening the original 1/4 inch tape, it can surprised but the transfer to DSD is realy straight and raw ^^ due to it's age you can listen a lot of background noise (especialy on Planet Caravan ...), but the dynamic of the drum and the sound of the bass is just awesome and lively. a must have for all the Black Sabbath fan.

Great sounding release of Paranoid! The bass is awesome, drums sound better than I've heard on a digital format. IMO this smokes my old Castle disc, which used to be my "go to" copy. Not as good as an original UK Vertigo (Swirl) pressing, but impressive nonetheless. If only I hadn't listened to this so much before, I would have the desire to play it more often.
this cd has more open space for balance vocal and instruments and does sound alot different than the shm format alone. i like the shm cd better for planet caravan, electric funeral and hand of doom. the super audio was to clear and took away the dark feeling of the sound. war pigs, paronoid, iron man, rat salad and fairies wear boots sounded better on the super audio cd than the shm one. sounded life like.
