I only discovered Bridear about two years ago. I only had some of their current albums but I never really listened to their older stuff. This CD sums it up! A great mix of their older music but with the newest version of the band. Re-recordings are crisp, and dynamic. And if you want the newest music, Born Again is also highly recommended.

世界で活躍するガールズメタルバンドBRIDEARの2013年～2016年に発表された作品の中から、ライブパフォーマンスでよく演奏された6曲を現メンバーで新たにレコーディングした意欲作。当時の雰囲気も残しながら、今世界で活躍するバンドに成長した彼女達を表現し、新たな魅力がたっぷり詰まった作品になっている。2012年福岡にてKIMI (Vo.) HARU (Ba.)を中心に5人組ヘヴィメタルバンドとして結成。翌年より2017年までに2枚のシングル、1枚のミニアルバム、1枚のフルアルバムをリリース。好評を博してヨーロッパツアーも開始、2019年までに計5回50本以上の海外ツアーを敢行。ヨーロッパでの人気を確立していく。2019年ギタリストにAYUMI、ドラマーにNATSUMIが加入、avexよりアルバム『Expose Your Emotions』でメジャーデビュー。2021年には『Bloody Bride』、2022年には『AEGIS OF ATHENA』をリリース。その後ギタリストとしてMOEが加入。SUMMER SONIC 2022への出演、LOUD PARK 2023のオープニングアクトなど活動の幅を広げる。2023年にはロンドンでのLIVE ALBUM『AEGIS OF LONDON・・・LIVE!』のリリースを機に日本でのレーベルをIYT RECORDSに移籍。2024年6月にスウェーデン・ヨーテボリにてプロデューサーにフレドリック・ノルドストロームを迎えアルバム『Born Again』をリリース。UKのメタルハマー誌のファン投票で2024年世界で最も優れた曲にアルバム収録曲『Still Burning』が42位にランキングされた。
