    Good album 4

Currently, Misery Days is the only Oblivion Dust album I own. It has some of my favorite songs from the band: Trust, Blurred, Disappear, and of course, OD's epic: Future Womb, which is a tribute to hide. As usual, Ken's lyrics are as real and raw as they get. While the album overall seems a little bit subdued and sad, there are some typical high energy songs (Therapy, Trust) and Helium Love, which is pretty mellow and trippy. The album feels a little short at only 12 tracks, and though I like all the songs, I think some are definitely weaker than others (Wrong Decision, Hello, Sinking, So Real, and Pure are not OD's best). Still, when listening to it from start to finish, Misery Days sounds good. Aesthetically, I like the design of the case: yellow plastic case with a cell of the band and a simple, fold out circular booklet. Overall Misery Days is a good addition to your musical collection, particularly if you're already a big fan of the band.
