It's the CD-only reissue of the "FF4: Piano Collections" CD + music sheet set that previously came out in 1992. Composer Uemura himself selected the fan fave songs from FF4, and save for an orchestral piece, everything else has been arranged for piano. This release was materialized because of the strong signal sent to the producers by fans asking for its re-release. Contains 14 tracks.

92年に発売したピアノ・コレクションズ(ピアノ譜+CD)のCD商品。人気ゲームソフト「FF4」の中から、ファン支持の高い曲をメインに作曲者・植村氏自らが選曲。オーケストラバージョン1曲を除き、他全曲がピアノ・アレンジ。前作絶版以来、度重なるファンからの要望(復刊人気投票サイトfukkan.comで上位獲得)に応えリリースを決定。「哀しみ、嬉しさ、怒り・・・様々な感情により深く同調できるように」をコンセプトに作られた本作は、オリジナルとはまた異なった感じが楽しめる作品。「ファイナルファンタジーファン」「植村ファン」だけでなく、「癒されたい」全ての人にお勧めの一枚。全14曲収録。
