The payment service providers for Alipay and WeChat Pay will change effective in November 2026.
Due to this change, Alipay and WeChat Pay payments will be temporarily suspended effective at 12:00 noon JST on October 30.
If you wish to cancel any of these orders, please be sure to contact us by 12:00 noon JST on October 30, 2026.
If you request a cancellation after this deadline, the refund will be issued in Shopper Points.
Please note that refunds cannot be issued to Alipay or WeChat Pay for orders placed on or before 12:00 noon JST on October 30, 2026, if those orders are fully or partially canceled on or after the deadline.
For orders placed on or after the payment methods resume, orders and cancellation requests will be handled as usual.
