Everything came as expected. This version includes so many trinkets it's so worth it even if you have the normal cd, but if not, get this instead. Comes with much more than all the other versions. The big size photos are perfect to display somewhere or simply collect.

Thin Lizzy`s Life ( or Life Live) is a significant but divisive live album, capturing the band's final tour with Phil Lynott, featuring multiple guitarists( Gorham,Sykes,Moore,Bell,White) and historical depth, but its sound quality is often criticized as muddy or poorly mixed compared to Live and Dangerous with strong performances often buried, though it's praised for its raw energy, killer Trackless ( including Sykes`heavy era),and unique historical document of the multi - guitar lineup, especially during " The Rocker". A must have for all Thin Lizzy Fans ! These Japanese Edition comes with SHM-Sound in a nice Cardboard Sleeve . Five Stars

The near-90 minutes of Uncle John’s Band certainly offered me one verb-changing cornucopia of time-proven, literate and swinging yet freshly rendered jazz.

Universal Syncopations is a tapestry of sound woven by steady, practiced hands. Each musician knows when to make way for another’s pass of thread and to contribute his own color when appropriate. The overall effect is unanimous and gifts us with a chunk of unforgettable, life-affirming jazz, its heart in all the right places.

I love jazz and I love Ghibli so this has become my new favorite soundtrack. Every song feels fresh and the compositions don’t get boring. I enjoy listening to every track on the CD. I like playing it while drawing and painting. Relaxing and cheerful.

One of the best albums by Iron Maiden! This remaster sounds perfectly. Packaging is also excellent. Strongly recommended for purchase.

Giant Steps is one of the acknowledged masterworks of jazz and this special two-CD edition was a good idea. These recordings are important as one of the key sessions of modern jazz in 1959 and as recordings that shaped jazz thereafter. Coltrane is on great form from beginning to end, faithfully followed and supported by piano, bass and drums.

Originally released in 1998 ‘Phil Collins…Hits!’ still remains the definitive Phil Collins compilation as opposed to 2016’s ‘The Singles’. To begin with the digital remastering is far more sympathetic and tastefully executed by Chris Blair at Abbey Road Studios in London. You can hear every nuance and David Crosby’s harmonies on ‘Another Day In Paradise’. As for track listing this showcases all 7 of Phil’s Number 1 US singles as well as his 3 UK Number 1 singles. It sensibly concentrates on Phil’s peak years 1981 - 1990 from 4 albums ‘Face Value’ to ‘But Seriously’. After 1990 it’s generally agreed by the fans and public that the last 3 albums saw a great decline in quality and therefore no big hits, Phil’s melodic gifts deserting him. Only 2 lesser charting singles,‘Both Sides Of The Story’ and ‘Dance Into The Light’ feature from albums 5 and 6. His final 7th album was released in 2002 and so no songs feature from it on ‘Hits’. This is why ‘Hits’ scores over ‘The Singles’ which includes far too many mediocre forgettable later singles on both its 2 CD and 3 CD versions. The packaging is exemplary featuring paintings of his then 6 albums whilst the booklet includes all musician/producer credits.There is a written thankyou from Phil which shows how heavily involved he was with this compilation unlike ‘The Singles’. To sum up a 5 star compilation, buy this Japan edition now before it sells out!
