This cd is very good.It's Michael Jackson the second cd, it includes human nation. All the songs are very nice.

It's a very well balanced and a very cohesive work. "David Gilmour" is, in my humble opinion, an album that, despite remaining in the area of Pink Floyd's music, also explores other musical areas but only if they were very close to that area. So, "David Gilmour" is a very good album and if you like the inimitable guitar sound of David Gilmour, especially on Pink Floyd's album "Animals", the resemblance is obvious, you mustn't miss this album, for any kind of reason. It should please Pink Floyd's fans. It boasts strong songs, great guitar work and Gilmour's ever-charming vocals.

Freedom reigns supreme on Universal Syncopations, bassist Miroslav Vitous’ 2003 release. For his first disc in seven years, he assembled a dream team of pianist Chick Corea, drummer Jack DeJohnette, saxophonist Jan Garbarek, and guitarist John McLaughlin. He provided the musicians with maps that infused the sessions with an open and expansive mindset. The maps contained the tunes’ harmonies, melodies, and motifs. The rest was left open to interpretation.

A quintessentially ECM aesthetic is very much at work on this solid effort. This is an ambitious project and deserves repeated listening in order to fully appreciate all the work that Vitous has invested in making this album.

This album from the Rolling Stones still amazes. The year was 1978 and very few had the same musical attitude and the same creativity when it came to cover art. The enclosed lyrics are a big bonus if you want to dig deeper into what Mick Jagger is actually singing about...

We all have our favourite album by The Dire Straits. This is mine. Why? Because this is where the musical influences from the American South shines through. I hear Memphis, Nashville and New Orleans in Mark Knopfler's songwriting and production. More of the same came with Mark's soloalbums. Great stuff!

I have a small collection of Christmasrelated music. No more than a dozen discs that the family enjoys each december. This is my second Carpenters Christmas. The songs are wonderfully arranged and performed. The sound is excellent and everything that Karen Carpenter sings is magical. Trust me.

The Cars gave us a handfull of excellent and experimental pop music. This anthology actually succeeds in gathering most of the highlights from the individual albums. They don't make pop music like this anymore...don't let it pass you by.

Many discoveries can be made in reissue series featuring the shm-format. That's where I found a comprehensive anthology on Bread. This particilar Bread is no more but so many if their songs have that timeless quality. The sound of Bread is great!

I absolutely love Yoko Nagayama. My brother bought this for me in May as I'm a fan of Yoko Nagayama. It contains some of her best pop such as "Haru wa Sara Sara", her iconic "Venus" and her underrated cover of "Take My Breath Away". The Enka is also a real treat, as it's my favourite genre. Though I was a bit surprised to see that "Uso Datto Itte" was not included. "Jonkara Onnabushi", "Higurashi", and "Suterarete" to name a few of her iconic Enka songs on this dvd. A must have for fans of old J-pop, Enka, or Nagayama herself.
