As an American Not a good value. Mediocre remastering, predictable and boring song selection, nothing great from his extensive collaborations. So why five stars you may ask, the artist Al Jarreau he is dead and is not responsible for the con pile of nonsense. If you never purchase any of the listed albums then go ahead and buy this. However for serious fans and audiophiles save your money.

The CD sounds like a remastered. The bass is deep and treble is clear, the dynamic range is wide. Only disappointment is absence of the booklet with lyrics. Great purchase for any Donna lovers!

Of course the music gets 5 stars, disappointed that the DVD won't play in a Region 1 player here in the USA. Because of that, I'm steering away from the Stones Steel Wheels release set in fear of the same problem for a very pricey set.

This is definitely the album where Rihanna really arrived. Leading with the massive worldwide smash 'Umbrella', this album spawned many more singles; 'Shut Up And Drive', 'Hate That I Love You', 'Don't Stop The Music', 'Take A Bow', 'Disturbia', 'Rehab' and also includes the Maroon 5 feature 'If I Never See Your Face Again'. Even the album tracks are great here, with songs such as 'Push Up On Me' and the fan favourite, 'Breakin' Dishes'. This version includes the UK & Australia bonus track 'Cry' and also the Japan exclusive, 'Haunted'. It is worth purchasing this version of the album for those tracks alone, they are both ballads, but both worthy additions to this career defining album

I got this CD because I do not have a record player. I bought the vinyl and has been shelved since then. I played this CD on my car multiple times and in my Bose stereo and I still cannot hear the crackling and "vinyl" sound in it. The people that state it is there is because their computer tells them so. A great listening experience! Het it!

Very Superlicious...at 352k/24b MQA the clavinet driving 'Superstition' fills the room with its funky,juicy vibe leaving you no choice but to give up guitar and learn the keyboard!! Although as a compilation this album misses out some of the IMO more essential tunes in Mr Wonders catalog its still worth the price of admission for the stunning sound of the tunes you will recognize.Its a pity the 2 disc version was not offered in MQA. Please Please Please more MQA titles !!!

MQA ,Who knew it was capable of time travel,listening to this album at 352k/24b MQA you are transported back to a time of coiffed hairdos and very large eyelashes... The Supremes are there before you,voices blazing larger than life and floating in cavernous and never ending reverb... I have the HD Tracks 192k versions and they also sound real good,but with this disc the 'life' captured on tape is released,the recording space materializes and replaces your listening room. My audio chain is...Oppo UDP205 / MIT Matrix 6 balanced connectors / Adam Audio S3H powered monitors resulting in a very hi resolution system that although reveals the limitations of these recordings thankfully also allows every possible nuance of the performance to be heard...again I wish every album I own was MQA.

Finally a c.d format that captures the 'Motown Sound' to perfection on just a standard c.d player ! Would have prefered to have had the two disc version issued in MQA/UHQCD but this single disc edition has a very good selection - note 'Living for the city' is the longer album version.You won't get a better sound than this on c.d.

The MQA/UHQCD format replicates the perfect 'Motown Sound' that up to now has failed on compact disc. This sounds fantastic even on a standard c.d player and includes a great selection of tracks.

The CD is amazing. The two bonus songs on the cd sounds awesome. :) We don't have this on the American release. My new favorite song of Rihanna's is Haunted. One of the best songs of Japanese released, and Def Jam's best works. Shame that it didn't come on in the U.S. version of the cd. But this cd is a lot of fun, the sounding of music is awesome, the CD works like new, and alone the CD is excellent. :)

Extraordinary second album of Clean Bandit. Lots of hit songs, great collaborations. If you are a fan you cannot miss this album. GREAT dance-pop music. I recommend this Japan release because it has bonus tracks.

It is less soulful than her debut album Songs in A Minor, but the Diary of Alicia Keys still remains one of her best albums so far

This a treasured recording that is finally on cd and digitally remastered. Every track is great - produced by a 19 year old Leon Sylvers really showcasing his gifts as a song writer, musician and a director of his siblings. Sylvers II hits a nice balance between sweet soul and funk.
