Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon 25th Anniversary Classic Concert Album 2017AnimationINCREDIBLE!!I have bought a lot of soundtracks to Sailor Moon over the years and many are great classics with great music, but this one really takes the cake. It breathes such fresh amazing life into every track. So well performed and they all sound just incredible from start to finish. Some are performed instrumental ONLY while others have the vocals included performed live in concert. The opening tracks to each disk also feature the voice of Usagi Tsukino, the beautiful Kotono Mitsuishi. The packaging is also beautifully done. You won't find many pictures inside of the characters but there are some pictures and information on Kotono Mitsuishi, the conductor and a few others who worked on Sailor Moon and this concert show. I very highly recommend this album to all Moonies put there young, old and inbetween.

Tomita Isao Ihatov Kokyokyoku ISAO TOMITA SYMPHONY IHATOVIsao TomitaGreat! It's an full-orchestra and chorus symphony. Great sound, very impressing! Miku-san appears on the big screen over the scene. Disk have subtitles in Japanese. Interview of master Tomita provided without any subtitles. :( This isn't pop-music, so may be interested only for true Hatsune Miku lovers. I think, CDJapan have to add some screenshots to description of their products.

4tu no Saigo no UtaMaki Mori (soprano)Another excellent album by Maki MoriI received this (in Jakarta, Indonesia, where I live) within 30 days since ordering. I love Maki Mori, and this is just her second album I own. So I'll just try to write about the Vier Letzte Lieder part, tracks 1 to 4, of this album as they are most familiar to me among the 13 tracks in this album. Overall I think this is an excellent album. Tracks 5 and onwards sound very well sung and they suit her too. My first listen to the entire album, and I find that some of these 'other' tracks actually have more finesse to them than her rendition of Richard Strauss' four last songs. Hers is a very fine singing voice, elegant, succinct, and soars with beauty. The orchestra in Fruhling is overwhelming it almost drowns Maki Mori's smaller voice. September, however, finds home here. And then there's my favourite among the four, Beim Schlafengehen. I found it rather odd to listen to at first--her style is different, her diction is not so Germanic, no pun. For example with Queen of the Night the vocal fireworks sort of become the star, allowing some room for odd diction. But Beim Schlafengehen is quiet and slow, and I can't help but scrutinize the diction here, that it's very rigid and at times over-enunciated, not to mention this is the one lied among the four I listen to the most. Great work, still. The orchestra is loud and bright, reminiscence of war music, the patriotic kind you'd hear in Japanese historical drama. Maki Mori's voice too blazes with succinctness and pinpoint accuracy, which, although nice, leaves no room for melancholy, for which this song gives so much room. I love how her voice just flows when she sings, though, as if she never needed take a breath between phrases. Lastly among the four, Im Abendrot, is excellent. Maki Mori does prayer-like songs very well I think, as is also proven in her other album Ave Maria. PS. For me Fruhling gives the image of a buzzing spring time, all living beings out there rejoicing. September (despite its lyrics about the garden and flowers and all) is for me like a journey through the sea back home. Beim Schlafengehen is like the moments before one's eternal sleep. And lastly Im Abendrot is just like what its lyrics depict, facing death.

Your Lie In April (Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso) Boku to Kimi tono Ongaku ChoClassical V.A.Wonderful albumWonderful album filled with the masterpieces from shigatsu wa kimi no uso, the only downside would be that the intro is not on it, but since it's not a classic piece you can't really decide on that. I recommend this for anyone who has seen the show and loved it. The songs are almost as moving as they are in the serie. 10/10 would buy again

Fumiaki MiyamotoFumiaki MiyamotoI think it is the best ofMy favorite track is number 10 - Usuba Kagero. If someone knows who is the guest musician that plays koto (I think, that's koto), with Fumiaki, please let me know the name. I just love this track, and I am currently using it as a ring tone on my phone. I wish I could have more information about this koto-player.

Pictures At An Exhibition & FirebirdKazuhito Yamashita (G)Pictures At An Exhibition & FirebirdThis is a really amazing performance. I am dumbfounded every time I hear what this guy can do on guitar. Not only can he play the amazing pyrotechnics he is known for, but he also plays quietly with wonderful touch and sensitivity. This album is worth getting just to because it expands the idea of what can be done on classical guitar. This is a must have for any classical guitar enthusiast. I just wish I could read the Japanese liner notes so I could find out when this was recorded.
