I think I saw this movie in 2008....but it was so sad!!! Kamenashi really puts on an excellent performance; if this movie doesn't make you cry, then something must be wrong with your eyes! A really heartfelt story about a very rare disease, the gift of friendship and being optimistic even in the worst situations, this is a movie I really believe anyone would love.

Another great composition from Kanno Yugo-san. The opening track is a wonderful piece which mixes traditional music and rock. The following tracks are also interesting to listen to. Almost all of them are earcatchy. Some tracks remind me of Koishite Akuma OST though which is also composed by Kanno-san.

As a Sarah Brightman faithful fan, I had to buy that CD, because I doubt this music will appear in any of her albuns (since it is not HER music). Except from her tracks (voice and vocalise), the whole CD is instrumental. Not that bad, just thematic: with a theme I am not used to. The brochure inside is LAME, in Black&White, with few pictures. And everything is in Japanese, although some musics have English titles. I really did not understand that. Almost all Japanese CDs I've got have translation to English. CD Japan is a really nice store! Shipping was real quick (but Brazilian customs is DULL).

An amazing soundtrack for an amazing drama. 'Maou' was my fave drama of 2009 and its soundtrack was my fave as well. Each track fits the drama's theme and they underline each and every scene perfectly. There couldn't be a better soundtrack for 'Maou'.

This is a wonderful show to listen to in any language. Some of the performances here might not have the same grand full-bodied gusto as in the Broadway original, but it's still a total delight. The woman playing Elpheba here cannot quite pull off those huge numbers with the same intensity as say, Idina Menzel, but that might be just because I'm so used to hearing Idina singing these songs. In other songs, such as "As Long As You're Mine", or "One Short Day" she is perfectly lovely. I love listening to the Japanese language and hearing a show that I'm so familiar with in English interpreted this way is not only hugely enjoyable but fascinating.

Firstly, it should be said, there are a few things you should know before watching this series. Firstly, it's obviously quite adult, as is hinted to by the cover, and secondly it's in Japanese. If you don't understand Japanese you don't stand much chance of following the rather convoluted story in any detail. The lack of direction is one of the few problems with this series. It does have perhaps too much going on. The attempt to make it gritty and fast has seemed to have the writers introducing lots of plot twists that sometimes don't feel like they really fit. The premis of the story is a little far-fetched and the characters tend to be stereotypical. That said, the over-all affect does work though. It's very pacy and keeps the intregue up even when it's not got much direction. I don't want to give away any more of the plot then is already on display in the blurb, but the lead character has to jump over many hurdles to find his other-half and a good back-story starts to build up as he finds out more and more. Obviously, along the way there's a lot of nudity and some rather explicit scenes, but unlike if this has been made in Britain, it's kept to a sensible level. It doesn't feel like it's just a vehicle for low grade porn. That said, at some point in the 12 episodes, virtually every member of the cast seems to get naked. Nami Ichinohe has slightly more sex scenes then are necessary but once again, seriously, this is a drama, not an excuse for porn. Hotta Yuika does have a very provocative underwear scene but nothing beyond that and she's about the only cast member who doesn't get naked! Being a late night TV show, the directing is sometimes quite tacky, but as I say it does keep the pace up very well. Considering that Japanese acting ranges from some of the best to some of the worst in the world, this really isn't too bad. Ken Kaito is a believable lead character as is his girlfriend played by Nami Ichinohe. Hotta Yuika has one of the most in-depth roles in this series, and after some of her previous rather poor acting efforts, she shines through here as one of the best actors on the screen! Her looks and gravure model history might have landed her the role, but you won't have to cringe each time she has an emotional scene. The rest of the cast support the main three very well. All in all, an interesting story put together in an engaging way. Worth watching.

As a fan of the series since the very first episode, purchasing this box was a must. I won't say much concerning the series itself as I love it to death, only that any fan will love it. And fans from outside Japan interested in learning more bits of Japanese might be interested in the option to turn on japanese subtitles (sadly, there're no english ones). And the bonus DVD contains all the common extra footage like clips from behind-the-scenes and photo shootings and interviews.

Those who enjoyed the series will certainly enjoy the soundtrack as well. It contains all insert and background tracks featured throughout the episodes in full length. The only song missing is the original version theme song of KAT-TUN, 'Keep the Faith', but it's still featured in an alternate instrumental version which is very interesting to listen to.

I enjoyed the drama adaption of the manga a lot thus it was only natural to buy the DVD box once it's released. Not much to say about the individual episodes as I've watched them already (and loved them as already mentioned). The bonus DVD contains lots of extra footage like backstage material, the first press conference and interviews. Very interesting for any fan might be the first press edition (which is sold out already) which came with an extra box and contained a puzzle, a keychain and stickers.

Rouma, Rin and Pierre initiate in a form not very common their chef education, crazy professors, food battles, delicious food, so much diversion, i was ROFL most the time, Rouma is so funny and cute, we even have a transformation like anime and excellent music, AAA, in this dorama. Delicious 5 waits for you. Rouma, Rin y Pierre inician de una forma no muy comun su ensenanza como chef, profesores locos, batallas gastronomicas, deliciosa comida, muchisima diversion, estalle en carcajadas mas de una vez, Rouma es muy gracioso y cute, incluso tenemos transformacion al mas puro estilo anime y excelente musica se encuentran en este dorama cortesia de AAA. Delicious 5 te esperan.

One of the best japanese dorama ever made, presented in a beautiful pack with many special features a fan would not want to let go.

I love this drama!! And it takes sole responsibly for kick-starting my obsession with MatsuJun!!! But overall, the story is great! I havent read the manga or watched the anime but I was told that it was really good in representing the manga! Ok! Everyone buy it!

Opposed to a previous review, all three Sukeban dekas girls are contained here (Shiroi no honno from Yuki Saito is also inside). But the ending theme "Naze? no arashii" from Sukeban Deka II ep. 1-15 is missing.

Disc 1 could stand alone as a jazz cd-includes a cover of Elvis Presley's "I need your love tonight" but dares to offer different arrangements of well known anime themes like the ones from Battleship Yamato, and Secret Task Force Goranger. Disc 2 offers highlights from Sasaki's 40 years in entertainment:from the 60's-"Journey",70's- "Blue Earth"/Galaxy Railways,"Requiem"/G-Men '75,multiple versions of the Ultra Seven themesong, 80's "Non-stop Dreamer",to the 90's and beyond with behind the scenes outtakes and interviews...sounds like he was having fun making the album..booklet detailing each song included.

This is an excellent cd for any Phantom of the Opera fan. Yuichiro Yamaguchi is a fantastic and powerful Phantom along with his Christine. I love this cd and everyone should try it!

Once I started to get more into watching things in its original language and reading the subtitles or just watch and enjoying the humor or action happening...I wanted to see "Monkey Magic" so much in its original language, since this DVD was released its a wonderful chance to see Monkey and the rest of the crew in all its glory.

I've collected all the mangas the original series and the new ones and i seen both the sonny chiba and the 1549 but this! This is exellent and i got this damn good series here at a very exellent price thank you CDJapan i will always buy from here! arigato gozaimasu!

very good ost cd contains all the songs from three leading girls from all three sukeban deka series including nanno (rakuen no door) and yui (believe again) track's from the movie shame it contains no track from other sukeban girls

For any fan of the anime or manga, this is definitely a must-have. This first season of Hana Yori Dango consists of 9 episodes on 5 DVDs. The acting here is wonderful. Inoue Mao, who plays the spunky Tsukushi Makino, actually won an Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in this show. Also, Matsumoto Jun, who plays Doumyouji Tsukasa, won an award for Best Supporting Actor. Needless to say, the acting is superb. This moves at a faster pace than the manga and anime, but nothing has been lost. I can NOT express how well Inoue Mao portrays Tsukushi's character. Full of comedy, tension, excitment, and a bit of romance, this show has it all!
