After listening to 'Mikazuki', I've been amazed by Ayaka's voice thus I just had to purchase her debut album. And I wasn't disappointed at all. All songs, no matter if new or previously released as singles, are simply awesome, Ayaka's voice fits them all perfectly no matter what genre. She's a very promising artist, that's for sure.
This debut album was awesome. Ayaka really has a penchant for composing different kinds of sounds. She combines guitars, violin, piano, drums, and other instruments. I didn't absolutely love most of the album tracks but they were still great to listen to. I didn't like them, but I didn't dislike them; I think this says a lot. I can say this album started on a very good note with Start to Love, then went out with a blast with the awesome ballad Mikazuki.
I originally only liked Utada Hikaru (I still like her more), but I heard Ayaka. These two artists are the only female J-pop artists I like. Ayaka easily has a better voice than Hikki, but I find hikki's music to be better compositions. I respect both artists a lot, and fully support them both. Ayaka is an amazing singer, so don't be cheap, Buy her stuff DON'T download it. (Same goes for Utada Hikaru).
Estou muito impressionado com esta voz que ouvi em todas as aberturas do drama Rondo. A primeira mensagem que fica. Congratulations
This cd is the only cd I got with a japanese woman. She is the only one I want to hear.. Her voice is so fantastic and she really knows how to use it.. Amezing overdrive singing.. I love her cd... This coming from someone who's got 37 cd's with male Jrock bands... So I'm myself a bit suprised that I love her.. So, for everyone who likes great music.. buy This cd..... Only thing missing is something with a little more rock...
I first became a fan of Ayaka when I first heard "Real Voice" on "Sapuri." Then I heard "I believe" on the show "Rondo." But I became a bigger fan after I watched her live set at Live Earth this past summer. She was clearly the most talented singer on the Japanese Live Earth stage. It was at that moment that I had to order her singles and her first album as soon as possible and that I will follow her career from the other side of the Pacific.
Awesome. Completely awesome! With such a great and powerful voice, and beautiful looks Ayaka will be sure to succeed!
Even if I don' t like too much her non-ballad songs, in this album there are so many good songs, overall ''Sha la la'' and ''1.2.3.4'' and then her mega hits ''I believe and ''Mikazuki''.
