FF VII & FF IX are my two favorites Final fantasy games and I also think it has the best soundtracks. If you played the game back in the day then you must have remembered at least some of the great tunes on this game. This album contain every songs from the game and the booklet has lots of pictures from the game and also the concept art by Yoshitaka Amano.

I've been a fan of FFVII since I was only 9 years old, and now almost 12 years later I finally get around to buy the soundtrack. There are no words to describe how I felt and still feel, it's overwhelming. I have very emotional memories of that game and they go hand in hand with the music; I definitely shed tears, smiled and enjoyed each track while listening. I guess you fellow fans know those feelings too, so let's put it shortly and say that this is something I've always wanted to have and it's a gem among all the albums I own, and I have many.

So far I've enjoyed each and every soundtrack released for the Final Fantasy games and this one is no exception. For VII which is my absolute fave among all games of the series, this soundtrack is absolutely perfect. The themes fit each game sequence perfectly and make it an even greater experience than VII already is.

X, X2,and XII are great but VII and VIII are master pieces, a must for every FFFan, I've yet to get IX.

FF7 is my favorite in the series, so it follows that this is my favorite soundtrack of the bunch. If you've played the game, and liked the music, you'll surely enjoy this soundtrack. Most everything is on there, lifted straight from the game and pretty much in order.

Every track you loved from the game is here, even those you missed while playing because you were too busy swearing at the boss to catch the soundtrack. It may sound a bit dated now - it's hardly the full orchestral score that seems so commonplace these days - but it's certainly evocative of the game. It's hard not to groove along with tracks like the Turks' theme or J-E-N-O-V-A, even if other tracks don't stand as well on their own as they do in-game. It definitely needs the context of the game, but once you have that, this is an awesome soundtrack to add to your collection.

The game was a nice exprerience, but the music is the one piece that makes the puzzle simply complete. The emotions and thoughts just seem to run amok from the player whenever this is turned on. Sadness, hope, attachment, sillyness... it's all here, in one compact package.

It may sound "old" by now but FF7 OST contains a lot of memorable melodies from the game, as well as the catchy original version of one-winged angel!

Final Fantasy fans will not be disappointed with this release! This 4-disc set features some of Nobuo Uematsu's finest work. If you loved traveling throughout the various towns and dungeons in FFVII, then I'm sure you remember the wonderful music that accompanied you on your journey. This set contains ALL of it! From Aeris' Theme to One Winged Angel, each song will remind you of the fun you had with the characters in this amazing RPG. The set also comes with a beautiful cream-colored booklet that features official artwork from Yoshitaka Amano and Tetsuya Nomura. Don't hesitate to add this to your collection! I guarantee you'll love it! :)
