"Setsugekka" is also the name of the white cultivar of the Okinawan Camellia sasanqua flower." All that these words be complementary approach and indicate is this zipangu ballad. But.. such a beautiful visualization and imagination in a video until now, is not seen. Although suspect that was expelled under the auspices of the former contract, the work overshadowed anyone any whose work until now! ZAN, as the song itself is very well accepted by admirers. It has a footprint of musical expression of some songs from before, with the addition of fast play. Might lead to slight the memory of something already listened to (from GACKT), but very weak feeling. It also has a poetic text, a vision with something a little faster tempo and arrangement. Art Director on the overall vision of the compact disc, did an admirable job. As for all the total cooperation, and work on this musical vision is very inspirational and appreciate gift to the music industry. Cooperation with musical artist surrounded by artists itself, could only contribute with such a gift. Beautiful..

This is a new single from Gackt. The song "Setsugekka" is so cool ballad. But I prefer the b-side "Zan" is amazing and so visual rock style!!!!!

I'm a relatively new GACKT fan, and I thought that this single was AMAZING. This is the first GACKT merchandise that I've purchased ever and I LOVE IT. Setsugekka was an amazing song and Zan is just as good. He never cease to amaze me with his wonderful music and I think this is something that all fans would enjoy, new or old. I absolutely love this single (and GACKT) and I'm definetly going to buy more :)

Finnaly, after 'Returner' Gackt went on style and project he want, "Japan". Wodnerful single, and everyone who are new to Gackt, buy it freely. Only 1200 yen, for this new concept. Even I must admit he always do better covers for his fanclub-fanbase 'Dears'. Anyway, This is worth that money. Correction of comment, B-side "Zan" is around half the mentioned long, but for the commerical using in game ending is around 8:16 minutes. What ever is, I slightly like short one, but even longer one is attractive because of it's double duration, what sometimes people like to hear. ( Thinks about, where is the number of comments Jesus, Ghost, Returner etc. got? ) - For Everyone -

For his '10 Anniversary', he done all styles of songs he used before, and some even were new to show public how versatile he is. So "Re:born" album is like GACKT memorial of his style, even in same time having 'RRII Projecy' story. 2007 when he acted in "Furin Kazan" and released Japanese-Samurai feeling rock song, and big success, "Returner ~Yami no Shuen~", Gackt mendtioned his new concept, ''Japan''. Sogns what easly can be described as Japanese because of their Japan cultural instruments, Zen and Samurai feelings, more to see in his 'Nemuri X Gackt Project', a Japanese theater collaboration. What to say more from this 21 Century Musician? Maybe a little about songs.. A-side, Setsugekka - The End of Silence -, is a Rock Ballad. Magnificent song, and one of best lately released PVs (promotional or music video), in who are featured 3 musican from 3 different Visual Kei bands, selected by GACKT himself; Tsukasa from D'espairsRay, Shun from Duel Jewel and Ni~ya from Nightmare. B-side, Zan, after you think this is over from this single, don't forget about GACKTs new project, and this song is even more rock (almost total hard rock ) than you would expect. If needs a comparation with some prior songs, then is like "Nine Spiral" and "Dybuuk" connected in one song with new elements and GACKTs high "Ares" singing. Very good music either in 8:16 minutes long song.. ... This isn't the same artist people known before. Just after the acoustic ballad image in 2003-2004 and "Love Letter" album in 2005, calm/cool good looking man, changed his style, his life, himself for 360 degrees. Only 10 years in music stage, but like is three times more.. It's just a matter of time before he will conquer the whole world.
