Tommy heavenly6, the debut album of Tomoko Kawase's "bad girl" rock music persona, is a great concept album. If "rock music with attitude" is the goal, then mission accomplished. With several notable singles and songs Tommy has contributed to TV shows/movies such as Nana and Kamikaze Girls, this collection is a great pickup, unless you are opting for her best-of collection 'Gothic Melting Ice Cream's Darkness "Nightmare"'.
Tommy heavenly6 [w/ DVD, Limited Edition] Customer Reviews
Tommy heavenly6
This album REALLY rocks! The only track that's a bit out of place IMO is "Hey my friend". Don't get me wrong! It's not a bad track at all! It just sounds a lot more like The Brilliant Green than Tommy heavenly6 in my opinion. But altogether it's a great album, IF you like your music LOUD! I know, I repeat myself, but everyone looking for some peace and quiet really should run far far away from it! ^^ Limited edition comes with a DVD containing MTVs of "Wait till I can dream", "Hey my friend" & "Ready?", making-ofs of "Wait till I can dream", "Swear", "Hey my friend" & "Ready?", special large size packaging + booklet and a sticker. Great collectors item IMO & excellent value for money!
I realy like this album and every albums of TOMMY. I like her voice very much. This limited album is good, it came with MVs. The package is beautiful for collection.
This is an album by tommy february6's alter ego heavenly6...pretty neat concept. I personally prefer tommy february6's music..but there are some good tunes on this album especially "hey my friend" that was featured in the gothic lolita movie Shimotsuma Monotagari - the english version a.k.a "Kamikzae Girls"
