Please note that, effective November 1, 2026, we will no longer accept requests for full or partial cancellations of orders placed on or before October 31, 2026.
If you wish to cancel any of these orders, please be sure to contact us by 12:00 noon JST on October 30, 2026.
We will not be able to accept cancellation requests after this deadline.
Please note that refunds cannot be issued to Alipay or WeChat Pay for orders placed on or before October 31, 2026, if those orders are fully or partially canceled on or after November 1, 2026.
For orders placed on or after November 1, 2026, orders and cancellation requests will be handled as usual.
