This is the second single of KAMIJO's two-consecutive-month single release project, following "Moulin Rouge" out on June 18. "Yamiyo no Lion" is a very aggressive & symphonic metal rock tune which reminds you of some kind of great empire. The single comes with a B-side song "BASTILLE," the heaviest song ever from KAMIJO using the Bastille prison as a motif.

As the first pressing bonus, a CDJapan exclusive L-sized photo with a hand signed autograph will be included in any edition. While the limited edition A and B include a bonus DVD containing exclusive contents each, the regular edition includes self-cover track(s).
