Notice for Customers From the Previous Version of Our Website

This notice is for customers who have previously created customer account before our website was upgraded on March 8, 2004.

Editing Open Orders

You can edit open orders. Following features are available when you sign in to the Customer Account: move item(s) from one order to another, combine orders, cancel item(s), or orders.

*If coupon has been applied on the order, the order can not be edited.

Order Status

You can view the order status/history of your orders by signing into Customer Account.

Availability

The estimated time it takes for each item to become available for shipping is indicated in the product descriptions of each item. Also, before you finalize your order, you will see the estimate of the time the order itself would take to become available for shipping.

First Press Editions

You can easily see whether the first press edition is available for a particular item. When it is still available, you will find "First Press Available" button in the product details.

Shipping Options For Future Releases

If your order contains future releases, you can select how the order is be shipped, according to the release dates. You can either have your order shipped when all items have been released, or as the items are released.

Song Samples

Whenever available, we offer song samples in the product details on the Neo Wing website, our Japanese site. At this time, we are not able to make them available on CDJapan, but you will find the link, "Open Our Japanese Page (for song samples if available)" in each product details. When you click on it, our Japanese page opens. Whenever we have the permission from the publisher to offer the sample, you'd find it in both Windows Media, and Real Player formats.

Newsmail

You can easily add each artist to your Newsmail subscription both from the product details page, as well as from the listings.

Signing In With Your E-mail Address

To use your customer account, you can sign in using your e-mail address.
