Notice for Customers From the Previous Version of Our Website

This notice is for customers who have previously created customer account before our website was upgraded on March 8, 2004.

Please make sure to sign in to the "Customer Account" and check to see if the information in the account details are in correct order. This notice is for customers who have previously created customer account before the renewal of our website.

Account Details

In our renewed website, you sign in using your e-mail address and password when placing your orders and when using your customer account.

Please note that if you had created more than one account in the previous version of our website, only the details from the most recently used account is saved in our new database.

You might find some details of your account information dislocated from the correct field where they are supposed to be in. For example, you might find your last name located in the flied designated for your first name, and vice versa. Similarly, you might find your shipping address located all in one filed, rather than in appropriate fields for state/province or zip/postal code, for example. Please also make sure to check your billing address in the credit card details, and make changes if necessary.

How To View Your Account Details and To Make Changes

Please sign into "Customer Account" using your e-mail address and password. Then click on "Make Changes To Your Account," "Add or Edit Your Shipping Address," and "Add or Change Credit Card on Your Account" to view your account details. After making changes, click on "Save Changes" button to save.
