Garakuta dohri no Stain

- Story -
"Garakuta Dohri" of the title literally means a "Junk Alley."
Set in an alley where the city's garbage is dumped, the series is an anthology of offbeat CGI animated shorts starring a hermit named Stain, a big cat known as Palvan, and loads of strange characters in all sorts of weird situations. Everytime Stain or Palvan finds something interesting in a mound of garbage, some unexpected things start happening.
While the show features some excellent music and sound effects, it's entirely dialogless.

Written and directed by Ryuji Masuda ("Popee The Performer"), the full 3D CGI animated show packs a punch, and is loaded with sly black humor, with a stylish and colorful look that's easy on the eyes.
