Sticky Fingers (Spanish Version) [SHM-CD] [Limited Release] [Cardboard Sleeve (mini LP)]The Rolling StonesEXCELLENT JAPANESE ORIGINAL LP REPLICA
All 5 titles of these authentic LP replicas represent the Rolling Stones Best Of series in an excellent way. The sound of these SHM CDs is excellent. the covers are well fabricated of thick carboard, this is the real Mini LP CD feeling. I'm already looking forward for Big Hits 1 and Big Bits 2, which will be released end of this October with 2019 remastering. WELL DONE !!!

Sticky Fingers [Deluxe Edition] [SHM-CD]The Rolling StonesEXCELLENT RE-REISSUE !!! DELUXE EDIT.
I always liked these SHM 2009 remasters ( I prefer the SHM Editions to the SHM-SACD editions as SHM SACD Edit. doesn't sound as sparkling as SHM) Unfortunately the bonus tracks are not too many from Sticky Sessions, Brown Sugar w/Clapton Wild Horses and Knocking are worth buying this version; as for Roundhouse '71 unfortunately show on 2nd CD is incomplete. I would have preferred a 3CD set with more Sticky outtakes on 2nd and complete Roundhouse '71 show instead on 3rd. If you compare this one with Super Deluxe Edition, it contains the same as SDEdit. but lacks Leeds '71 which is around in excellent live quality, therefor it's no need having Leeds on SHM. The DVD on SDEdit. contains 2 Tracks only???!!! and as for the single vinyl 7" on top it's not worth buying SDEdit. for a 18'500.--.

Tattoo You [Cardboard Sleeve (mini LP)] [Platinum SHM-CD] [Limited Release]The Rolling StonesNO DIFFERENCE TO UICY-75763 SHM CD
I give 5 stars as the sound and the mix are great of this one but compared to the regular turquoise OBI Mini LP CD UICY-75763 edition that came out same date, there is absolutely no hearable difference that would make it shine like day and night as it was advertised in the media, so i'disappointed by this fact and would give for this only one star. And also Platinum SHM CD tends to skip on players that do play CDr. Compared to the 2009 remasters these flat transfers are completely different if you can afford, then keed both versions, both are worth it.

Goats Head Soup [Cardboard Sleeve (mini LP)] [SHM-CD] [Limited Release]The Rolling StonesBRILLIANT SOUND BRILLIANT MIX
This regular SHM CD version sounds BRILLIANT, great overall sound, strong bass, this somehow sounds like the 80s first CD versions in timbre, but you can hear more difference and clarity of the single instruments - I'll go for sure for the whole turquoise series as I really enjoy these flat transfer mixes.

Let It Bleed [SHM-SACD] [Limited Release]The Rolling StonesHYBRID SACD JAPAN FROM 2002 IS BETTER
The SACD Hybrid version of Let It Bleed - 18771-9004-2 Made in Japan NOT UNIVERSAL 04228823032-8,UIGY-7017, which is good but 9004-2 is better) sounds WAYS BETTER than this SHM SACD version, I'm disappointed by this version, it lacks clearity and crispness and the highs are not as clear as with the Hybrid - I quickly resold it on ebay
-
STICKY FINGERS [SHM-SACD] [Limited Release]The Rolling StonesREGULAR SHM CD SOUNDS BETTER
Of course this SHM SACD sounds not that bad if it stands alone - but if comapred with SHM Mini LP CD from 2009 the SHM CD sound WAYS BETTER, in comparison SHM SACD sounds blurry, it lacks clean highs and midtones and overall sond is bad, and somehow distorted mentioned that one piece costs over $ 50.--. Let It Bleed for example, the Hybrid CD from 2002 (the one pressed in Japan and NOT Universal Edition) sounds ALSO WAYS BETTER than the SHM SACD - I was so disappointed from Let It Bleed SHM SACD, that I quickly resold it on ebay...:-(...

Live Forever; September 23.1980.Stanley Theatre.Pittsburgh.Pa. [SHM-CD] [Regular Edition]Bob Marley & The WailersGREAT VERY LAST CONCERT
This is an excellent double CD of Bob Marley's very last concert in Pittsburgh in 1980 - 1st CD sounds terrific -great - the last 2 songs on second CD are from different source, unfortunately, and could have done much better in way of mastering and could have been better cleaned up in way of sound - 2 last songs sound like from bootleg - SHM CD gives a special timbre
-
