Appare! Akippare Night!! 2005Road of MajorRoad of Major
I received this order abit later than usual because of that looong holiday in Japan. Golden Week? Anyway, I received my order in good condition. Very well packaged etc. For this DVD, there isn't any extra other than the extra track at the end...or none that I've yet to see. Very good sound, video is very clear with lots of closeups of the singer and the various band members. I especially like concerts where they zoom in up close on the guitarists so we can oogle at their fingerwork, there's lots of those here which makes me very happy. The menu shows the various tracks/sets played and you can choose individual songs or play them all. The extra i gather would be the extra track at the end of the concert. The dvd starts with a view of the empty stage as the band comes on. There isn't a shot of scenes of the audience before the concert as I would guess is because this is a comparitively small audience. Overall, the dvd is of very good quality and a fan of this band would not regret getting this.

Zero e no Chowa [w/ DVD, Limited Edition]UNDERGRAPHUndergraph!
The first track I heard from this band was Tsubasa and that alone got me hooked! I just had to buy their first album, a limited edition version no less! The DVD was an interesting addition, the making of featurette was slightly disappointing as there wasn't any commentary but instead you see shots in a sort of behind-the-scenes way with a song overlaying the video. But it doesn't matter, as without subtitles, I wouldn't be able to understand anyway. Moving on. The album doesn't disappoint. Poppish to a fault at times but it still retains undergraph's rockish flavor which is rather pleasing to the ear. Some of their tracks are reminiscent of brit-pop. Over all, this album is a good mix but it sticks more or less to the same speed/beat throughout.

GLAY HIGH COMMUNICATIONS 2003GLAYHigh Communication!
As with all Glay concert DVDs, this comes with an extra disc with extra material, mainly behind the scenes footage of the band. The opening of the concert starts off with one of their new songs, I can't remember the title, but wow... This is one of their better performances that I've seen. And their performances are always good, but somehow, this concert strikes me as different. The sound and video is decent, though i feel it could be improved. But its decent and clear enough as it is. Not much to complain about. I'm not too sure whether its a problem with the discs or just my computer, but whenever I try to go back to the Menu, it always jams up. Their concerts are always full of excitement and the energy is just amazing. This concert isn't any different. Fans, new and old alike will enjoy this concert!

GLAY LIVE DVD BOX Vol.1GLAYNice Collection
Glay Acoustic Live - Video and sound was very good, on their performance, I would say they were perfect as usual, though their new arrangements might not be to everyone's taste, but its still shows a good side of Glay. The extra dvd is a good bonus as it has interviews, but it doesn't do me much good since there are no subtitles. Glay Arena Tour 2000 - I love this concert. Very hard and dark with interesting arrangements and the way they played around with the sounds. I love it. Very good. Will not disappoint, I will highly recommend this to everyone! Glay Expo 2001 - The color seems a bit off to me, but maybe its just my tv set. In any case, good concert by Glay as usual, good sound. Glay Perfect Data - A bit difficult to navigate but once you get the hang of it, you will enjoy the little surprises that you come across. Lots of goodies!! Not everything but quite alot to feel tha you've got your money's worth.
