D Official Band Score [Sheet Music]Doremi Gakufu ShuppanshaOfficial Band Score
01. Night-ship "D" 02. Yami Yori Kurai Doukoku no A CAPELLA to Bara Yori Akai Jounetsu no ARIA 03. Dearest You 04. Sleeper 05. EDEN (Live) 06. BIRTH 07. Yami no Kuni no ARISU 08. Nocturnal 09. Meteor ~Mubi no Koku~ 10. Rakuen D's first official band score. Features 10 songs, with complete score from vocals to drums, and even keyboard for a song or two (BIRTH has it). It comes with a set of photos in the book, from their TIGHTROPE shootings, and features some black and white concert photos as well. Along with the book, there's a DVD included. First off, I think the scorebook is a great purchase if you play or sing, and want to learn the songs. Though, it goes without saying that everything in the package is in Japanese (or everything that matters), and includes no forms of translation. However, this score requires a few other things to get the most out of it. Particularly that almost half the songs use a 7-string guitar / 5-string bass. The drums are also recorded with a very specific set, and your own setup might vary. The book is very complete, featuring lyrics (in Japanese) standard notation for each part, guitar tablature and even the chord progressions! That being said, the book is organized in a somewhat awkward way, and makes it difficult to read from while playing. If you don't understand the basics of a tab, and can't read Japanese, you're in for a learning experience. I would've given this a 5 in rating, but there are a lot of things that detracted from the practicality of this score. It gives you the information you need, but there are a few instrumental limitations if you only play as a smaller hobby; and the presentation within the book is a bit difficult to those who don't understand Japanese. It's not too bad, though. The DVD features discussions from the band on each particular song, playing points from the band members (excluding ASAGI, to my disappointment. But how many pointers can be given on one's singing?), and explanations of their respective guitars / bass. The video quality isn't the most it could've been, but it's certainly satisfactory; the sound quality is perfect for what is needed. It's a must if you want to learn the songs. Not if you're just a casual fan looking for memorabilia or merchandise.

MousepadMoi dix MoisC'est la vie avec Moi dix Mois
Well, to tell you the truth, I'm not so surprised with it. It's a great little mouse pad (although it was a little "light" compared to most mouse pads--probably because of the lack of a heavy pad), and it's wonderful if you're a fan like I am... But overall, it isnt a necessity, and the money could be better spent on something else, or saved. It ISNT a bad investment to make, buying this mouse pad, but again it isnt a necessity (even if you're a heavy fan), and you tend to forget that you have it when using the computer.. A very nice little thing to have when you're a fan of Moi dix Mois, but pretty insignificant. No harm in buying it though~

DIXANADU Limited EditionMoi dix MoisInstrumentals! MdM
An instrumental of the Dixanadu album of Moi dix Mois. Of course, since I loved the actual album, the special edition is great too--although sometimes I find that a song without lyrics can be pretty boring (especially in the case of Moi dix Mois, where the actual music is fairly simple, even if it's great). The songs are pretty good to listen to if you just need some kind of background music forwhatever you're doing, or even if you just dont want to listen to Seth... The little games that come with it are all pretty fun when you dont have anything to do--although they're pretty tedious, and even kind of difficult for what they actually are. I loved them, personally, even if I could only play the Sethiji thing with building a bridge... Sugiyan's game is probably the hardest one. The little extras that come with the music, aside from the games include: -A Matin Mana desktop "Helper" -A DIXANADU clock (somewhat hard to read if you dont look closely) -A Matin Mana calender If you're a rabid MdM / Mana fan like I am, you'll love having the DIXANADU special editon, even if you never even look at it more than once. I say it's a must-have for fans. ~DIX Love!~

DIXANADUMoi dix MoisGreat but not everyone's favorite
Alright. DIXANADU. Great Moi dix Mois album; the overall sound isnt as...'messy' as it was in other MdM works like "Dix Inferno" or "Paegent". Of course, those two werent bad--not by any means--but there was just something about the sound that was shakey. Now, here, in Dixanadu; the sound that Mana produces is cleaner, and smoother, compared to his other post-Malice Mizer works, using more electronic elements this time around. Exclude and Neo Pessemist are perfect examples of this. As always, Mana and MdM are as impressive as ever, and they only get better even though they're plenty good already. Of course, I'm an MdM fan no matter what they do as long as it isnt something thats totally not them... Most people complain that they like Juka better--and thats their oppinion. To me they both sound almost exactly the same when it comes to their voice... Seth is just smoother and Juka was louder... It more or less depends on your tastes when it comes to DIXANADU. You'll either love it with all the strength of your fandom (like moi. XD) or you wont be so impressed by it. Either way, I reccomend it if you ARE a MdM fan. ~G~
