Space Channel 5 20th Anniversary "Gyungyun Selection"Game MusicMostly Good!
This is an excellent album compiling the "favorites" from SC5 1&2, and all of the music from the new VR game "Kinda Funky News Flash". The music included here is great, and there are some voice tracks with the Japanese seiyuu for Ulala, and Pudding. Personally, I'll always prefer Apollo Smile's take on the character in the English release, but this doesn't detract from the album to me. However, I would've greatly preferred the CD to use those spots on the CDs for more music instead. The CDs do feature excellent music from the games, but there are a few glaring omissions (Evila: Attack of the Perfect Reporter is not included for example, which is the big one that I'm absolutely shocked is not on here). Instead of including a booklet, there are several insert cards in its place. This is a nice idea because you can change the cover art if you want, but they make the jewel case very hard to close properly at times by jamming up the hinge. There are also several typos in the English lyrics for This Is My Happiness on one of the cards, and it seemed like the lyrics are just flat out wrong in one area when I was listening to the song. Overall, I am satisfied with the CDs and included music for the price. Here's hoping more is in the future for Space Channel 5 in the near future!

Greatest Idol [w/ DVD, Limited Edition]Mitchie M feat.Hatsune MikuFantastic Album
This is a fantastic music album featuring Hatsune Miku. Mitchie M is the best at tuning Miku's voice to be realistic. In one of the songs, Miku even hums, without sounding synthetic or muffled! Miku has no metallic/artificial sound to her voice in this album (unless it was intentional), and there are a good selection of songs with different themes. For instance, "Eazy Dance" has an upbeat disco sound, while "Sorrow is Like Affection" has a tropical sound, with fitting sound effects in the background. If I had any nitpicks with this album, I'd have to say that "City Boy" is not particularly to my liking, and I wish the DVD was a Blu-ray instead. The DVD itself is a nice extra as-is, but I think having better video quality would've really benefited the videos for "Eazy Dance" and "Blooming the Idol". Overall though, I love the oversized limited edition packaging and I LOVE this album! Highly recommended to all fans of Miku and Mitchie M!

Resident Evil Ultimate Complete Box (10 Discs) [Limited Release]MovieTruly the Ultimate Collection
This is an amazing collection. What we have here is the entire live action Resident Evil movie series, compiled together for the best release of the series yet! The set has 10 discs, which includes all 6 movies in HD, the 3D versions of the movies that were made that way, and TONS of bonus content. So far, all the content I've watched for disc 1 has English support (including the extras), with Japanese language included for the movie. I think it's safe to assume the other discs will follow suit. The menus are all in Japanese, which makes navigation a little wonky for non-Japanese speakers like me, but just tinker around for a bit and you should be able to figure it out. The packaging looks amazing, but the material used to create the set could've been a bit more sturdy IMO. The box includes a clear slip that recreates the infamous laser hallway scene from the series. The design is also quite nice, utilising a red, black and white color scheme that looks perfect for the series. The outer box has the Umbrella logo on it, with Alice appearing multiple times everywhere else. There's also a book included but, again, I don't speak Japanese, so it doesn't really appeal to me that much. Also despite the box saying "Biohazard" all over it, the title sequences in the movies still read "Resident Evil" as they were originally made, which is nice. Even the disc recognition calls the movies "Resident Evil" If you're a fan of these cheesy action movies like I am, definitely pick this up! The price is definitely fair for the sheer amount of content you get with your purchase. Highly recommended!
