Madome Rosa no Shoukan -Jyakou- [Limited Release]KayaGreat single
I LOVED this single, for both of the music and the lyrics. The song begins and ends using a remix of the famous "In the Hall of the Mountain King". The concept of Madame Rosa is the opposites of beauty and death. The mood of the song turns gloomy when the lights of the brothel are turned off, and Kaya invites the listener to drink an aphrodisiac that will make him sleep... forever. Then, with a soft kiss, he calls the name of Thanatos, the Greek god of death, in a place where Eros, the Greek god of love, is also present. The story is inspired on the famous legend of Elizabeth Bathory. Madame Rosa does talk about murder, it uses roses as a metaphor for blood, saying "white skin is painted in the color of roses", and that the brothel is a "wavering dream of roses". As for people complaining for not receiving their autographed postcard with the purchase of one version, it's not CDJapan's fault entirely. I pre-ordered both versions the same day it was listed, and around 2 or 3 days after, I got an apology e-mail from CDJapan explaining that there was a mistake, that the postcard was for people who purchased both versions, but that they would send both to those who had already pre-ordered it as an apology. Also, the item listing was changed that same day, as far as I recall. These kinds of things are not 100% up to the stores, the artists' management plays a big role too, and yes, they DID explain the issue regarding the bonus, timely. People need to actually read the "small print", which is actually not small, and it's included in all the product's pages: "All product details, including availability, images, language(s), special features, and bonus extras, are subject to change without prior notice. Actual item weight may be different from the one indicated above."

My Heart Draws A DreamL'Arc-en-CielOutstanding tune
One of the best L'Arc songs I've heard in the past 4 years. For all of you who are fans of their old style I highly recommend to get the single, Ken made a good work with the music, and lyrics are nice. First pressing comes with a paper dress-up doll of one of the 4 members, which made me giggle.

Say AnythingXTry to change my mind
This is an EXCELLENT X ballad, one of my favorites of them. You can't expect less from Yoshiki's lyrics and X's music. And this live of Silent Jealousy is pretty kickass, except that this version doesn't has the piano solo.

CurrentSchwarz SteinAmazing
This is one of my favorite Schwarz Stein songs and theirs overall, IMO. The coupling song, Syphilis and Disorder is pretty good as well, and if you like Karaoke, it has the instrumentals. The booklet is pretty cool, and their outfits are stunning.

Rocket Divehide with Spread BeaverSimple but good
Rocket Dive is my favorite song of hide, and I bought it because it was released for the 9th anniversary of his death; also because I was excited of what this "bonus" could be, but it's just a paper talking about LEMONed (his store), it kinda disappointed me. But if you like the song this is a good chance to get the single, before it's too late and it runs out of print/stock again.

Anything For You [w/ DVD, Limited Edition]BONNIE PINKOne of my best buys
BONNIE always surprises us with her good music, but this one I gotta say was outstanding. The song itself is pretty catchy and the tune is great, it's become one of my favorite songs of her. And with that bonus DVD, she's surely making every penny of my money totally worth it. A Single with the DVD of a Mini Concert for 1300, don't think it twice.

GIRLS' ROCK [Regular Edition]Demon KogureA MUST for 80's & 90's lovers.
I love Demon Kogure since he started his career with Seikima-II, and for all of you who like his voice and 80's & 90's rock most famous hit songs by female singers of Japan, you should really give it a try, his voice suits perfectly to all of them, and the musical part is pretty cool too, he gives them his own magical touch. I liked this album so much that I was actually going to buy the limited edition, but it was out of stock when I got the money to make the order. Don't miss the chance to have this CD, it's worth every cent of it.
