Vassalord. Act.IIDrama CD (Keiji Fujiwara, Ryotaro Okiayu, et al.)One Word: Yum!
I simply adore this series! And since I never had the chance to snatch up the first album, I took the opportunity for the second, well worth it! I've currently listened to it twice now, not a lot for some, but I'm still a student of Japanese, so each time I'm learning more. Back to the review however~ If you don't know, the best way to describe this series is thinking about Trinity Blood (vampires, The Vatican, cyborgs) all hyped up on fangirl crack. Err...that is what you might consider a BL title, while not officially so. You have the bish, the sydistic vampire & straight-as-an-arrow cyborg partner, throw in comic misadventures & some bloody action...okay, a LOT like T.B....but lets try & not compare here. Breakdown curtosy of Hanami @ Aarinfantsy: "Charley is a cyborg vampire Jesus freak who does the Vatican's dirty work. Johnny is a vampiric hedonist who loves irritating his more-or-less unwilling partner. Technically not yaoi, but almost."

Seventh HeavenL'Arc-en-Ciel~Repeat is a good thing~
This release took me a few listens to really get into it in all honesty, however, I've come to truly fall for this single. The first track seems to follow on the heels of their newer, more upbeat albums, and the second track just kicks butt with the punk/rock sound. (I tend to put this one on repeat actually!) While I'll always be partial to the 'old' feel of L'Arc~en~ciel & their darker rock ballads, their more polished, mature sound still rings true for the band. Maybe best to wait for a full album w/these songs, otherwise fans should snatch this up, at least for the karaoke parts. ^_^

everyhomeChihiro OnitsukaLovely...
I simply found this long awaited for single lovely. No one can say her soul isn't in 'Everyhome', as the title track just breaks you into little pieces, the follow up tracks help build you back up however, especially with 'Magical World' & 'Himitsu'... While not a FUN single, still wonderful & soulfull & very, very Chihiro. Fan? Don't miss this single. ^_^

the ultimate collectionChihiro OnitsukaThe 'Perfect' Collection
It took one song, "Infection" to make me a Onitsuka Chihiro fan, and it didn't take long afterwards for me to fall in love with her other singles. Being able to have them together on one CD was just brilliant. I never tire from rotating this disk in my player (or in the car), for it gives such a broad range of her songs, from one of her first 'Shine' to her more recent, like 'King of Solitude'. A must for Onitsuka Chihiro enthusiasts! Literally the perfect collection.
