FLCL No.3the pillowsA great collection...
After almost five years since the introduction of FLCL (Fooly Cooly), the pillows have finally produced this long awaited-compliation album containing the hit songs from the wacky animation. Other than this album, there isn't other ways to get such great songs as such Hybrid Rainbow, Blue Drive Monster, Funny Bunny, Ride on Shooting Star & etc on a single collection. The only gripe I've with this album is that Instant Music isn't included in it. Nevertheless, if you're a true-blue fan of FLCL or the pillows, this album is a definite must in your collection.

KirakiraaikoAnother aiko's great song
After her last full album Yume no naka no massuguna michi, one of my favourite singers is back with a brand single KiraKira. A very cheery song imho after all the ballads she've done, KiraKira captures the very essence of fun and optimism which made her famous in songs like kaban and boyfriend. I can only wait for her next full album in eager anticipation, which is guaranteed to fulfill my expections of her as a unique singer.

Cycle Hit 1997-2005 Spitz Complete Single Collection [Limited Release]SpitzSpitz's nostalgia for fans
Ever since their last album Souvenir, Spitz has chosen to indulge us fans once again by releasing this single collection. This being the part 2 of the two single collections, this album contains songs from 1997-2005. As such, classic spitz songs such as Tsutmetai Hoho, Kaede to the more recent offerings Masayume, Stargazer are included in this excellent album. For me, listening to Kaede together with songs like Masayume brings back happy memories of Spitz, and as such, I definitely recommend this album to anybody. Although the limited edition is out of print now, there is a early version of Yume oi mushi included on the album and a fold out poster which contains the entire single discography of Spitz.
