Devil May Cry 4 Special Sound Track [CD+DVD]Game MusicGreat!
Another great soundtrack to a great series. Though I still prefer Masami Ueda's DMC1 soundtrack, Tetsuya does a good job managing his own for DMC4. If you enjoyed his work, as well as the vocal work of Shootie HG, from DMC3 then this'll be a good purcase for you. The vocal work of the new artists were pretty good too, Aubrey Ashburn and Jason "Shyboy" Arnold. Though the DVD (is region 2 coded) is nothing special as most of its content was available for viewing prior to the soundtrack's release (minus a trailer and a cut scene).

Metal Gear Solid 20Th Anniversary Metal Gear Music CollectionGame MusicPretty Good
This would have been the perfect Music Collection had they included the "'Metal Gear Solid' Main Theme" that was established by TAPPY. Which was discluded from this album for reasons unknown. Other than that though there are some great covers of old pieces like "Who Am I Really? -Memories of Hal- Reminiscence" and "Zanzibar Breeze".

Der Wunder - Taro Hakase Meets Leiji Matsumoto [Shipping Within Japan Only]V.A.Beautiful
Just beautiful, Taro Hakase's compositions for this serious is truely great. I especially love the intro piece "Everlasting Dream," the violin really suits Maetel's character.

Symphonic Poem Galaxy Express 999Animation SoundtrackLove it!
I just love this OST! The movie's music is just great, and really brings back the nostalgia. Definitely an old OST, as you clearly here the 70s influence in song of the tracks. If you loved Galaxy Express 999 (the 1970s movie), then I highly suggest picking up the soundtrack for it. Favorite track being "Planet Maetel," the beautiful piece used during Tetsuro and Maetel's escape from Planet Maetel.

Shin Onimusha Special Pack Original Soundtrack + UMD - VIDEO - Shin Onimusha The Story [3CD+UMD]Game MusicSweet!
Considering what I've heard from the OST, and the game, that came with the Shin Onimusha Completele Works book (which was incomplete), I'll definitely be ordering this. Jamie Christopherson's , the game's cut scene composer, compositions are really impressive. I especially love his compositions for the game's intro movie. Then Hideyuki Fukasawa's (best known for Chaos Legion's OST) compositions are outstanding as usual. Especially love Soki and Roberto's themes.

BOMB FACTORYBOMB FACTORYSweet!
I love their self titled song, which was used as DOA2's opener. It's what kicked off my interest in the band. If you're into the heavy metal/punkish Japanese rock, then definitely dig into this. If you, like me, loved their song "Bomb Factory" for DOA2 then definitely give this album a listen.

GENJI Original SoundtrackGame MusicGreat orchestrated soundtrack
I love this game's soundtrack. Yasuharu Takanashi's compositions really made it sound just like something you'd hear in a movie set in feudal Japan. The central theme is definitely a memorable one. Pick this one up if you love a good orchestrated soundtrack to a samurai game.

Shadow of the Colossus Daichi no HokouGame MusicOutstanding!
Kow Otani, has written one impressive soundtrack. The music really captures the ethereal/godly quality that these colossi have. Especially love track 25, it's hard to describe it, but once the choir hits it just really adds beautiful essence A pride is gained for successfully exploiting the Colossus' weakness, which the music adds with heroic/adventerous/conquering quality in the piece.

FINAL FANTASY VII ADVENT CHILDREN Original SoundtrackGame MusicFreaken Sweet!
Freaken sweet! What more can I say! It includes every piece of music used in the movie, one of the most complete movie OSTs I've ever seen. Many familiar themes from FF7 and along with many new memorable ones. Best piece in this soundtrack has to be the reworked version of "One-Winged Angel," which I'm assuming was performed by Nobou Uematsu's The Black Mages.

and world [Limited Release]ACIDMANGreat!
I love this album! Favorite songs being "kisetsu no tou" and the album's long ass closer "and world." In the limited release, the CD's insert is actually a neat little art book as well. If you loved their previous album "equal" then definitely pick this one up, as the style is quite similar.
